So my basement flooded, which is pretty awesome. I had started my articles for Rain Slick 3 and The Last of Us, but those had to be put on hold while that got straightened out. Hopefully one or both of those will get finished up by Monday, though something else might come up, so don’t hold me to that.
I’ve been meaning to expand into also discussing board/tabletop games. I’ve actually been spending just as much time playing analog games as digital for about a year now, so I’d like to write about that a bit. From a design perspective, there is a lot going on in board games that intrigues me, so hopefully that turns into something that is interesting to read.
This ties into the next topic: Conventions. This past May was my first convention experience, and it was enjoyable to say the least. I’ve wanted to write about it, but being as it was almost entirely about tabletop games, it didn’t really fit in with what I’ve been covering so far. So, expect an article on that in the near future. I will also be attending Gen Con in Indianapolis this August, so I might see you there, and I will definitely be writing something up about that.
I’d also like to take a moment to thank everyone for visiting, and if any of you have any topics or articles that you’d like my opinion on, please leave a comment or contact me in any of the myriad ways that exist to do so.
